Monthly subscription billing. Your first payment is collected during checkout and the subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. Service is activated after Kinetix contacts you and completes setup. Taxes, if applicable, are displayed at Stripe checkout.

SUBSCRIBE.
When does my monthly billing start?
Stripe starts recurring billing when you subscribe at checkout, even though account provisioning is handled separately by Kinetix. Please contact us before buying if you need an agreed activation date.
Is the Messaging Platform included with Mission?
Yes. The $500/month Mission Plan includes unlimited messaging lines and Kinetix Mission. You do not need an additional $250/month subscription.
Will an account be created automatically?
No. Kinetix will contact you directly to verify your requirements and handle all account creation, organization setup, and access provisioning.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Contact Kinetix using the business contact form for billing assistance. Your subscription continues until canceled through the applicable Stripe or merchant cancellation process.
